Premium bowl made of marble can be used as a table centerpiece for dry ice smoke or to serve food.
To use as a service dish: place dry ice inside the bottom section, place copper disc on top. Place the food on the copper disc and place the top section. You can activate the smoke at the customers table by lifting the top section and pouring warm water through the gaps of the copper plate.
To use as a table centerpiece: place dry ice pellets inside the bottom section and place the top section on the dish. To activate the smoke simply pour warm water through the top hole.
