- Dry ice pallets are placed inside the ceramic bowl and covered with the ceramic cover. Smoke escapes from the holes to create a spectacular smoke effect whilst food can be served directly on the platter and inside the square glass dish.
Description
This product is purposely made for serving foods with dry ice smoke. The bowl is made from High Borosilicate glass making it durable under intense high and extreme low temperatures. Borosilicate glass will not crack or break when used with dry ice.
A theatrical way of serving desserts or other dishes, suitable for professional restaurants or home use.
